We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded if your order is cancelled.
5. Pick ups
Pick up times are from 9:00am to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 weekdays. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Courier pick ups can be arranged at clients own cost.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Filament Solutions Namibia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Filament Solutions Namibia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
